Our team understands that there might be times when you may need to cancel your online consultation request. We have a refund policy that you need to read carefully so you know what to expect.

  • Cancellation before Doctor Consultation: Patients who cancel their online consult request order before the doctor consultation will receive a full refund. Bank transaction fees will be deducted of 5% from the refund amount.
  • Cancellation due to Abusive Behavior: If the cancellation is due to abusive behaviour on the part of the user, such a user will not be eligible to receive any refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Consultation: HelloMyDoctor reserves the right to terminate the consultation of any user who is unsatisfied with the online consultation request and makes any incorrect personal comments or advice to the doctor. It is also important to note that such users will not be entitled to any refunds.
  • Cancellation after Doctor Consultation: The patient will not receive a refund if the online request order is cancelled after the consultation with the doctor has taken place.
  • Timely Consultation: Doctors will consult with all online requests for consultation orders within 24 hours. It is possible, however, that the doctor's schedule may vary. It is required that the user wait in the queue, regardless of whether they choose to do so or not. It will not be possible for users to obtain a refund if the doctor is not able to conduct an online consultation at the exact scheduled time.
  • Informed Decision: Patients should order online consultation requests only after satisfactory verification of the doctor's details and specialization. If the patient/user has made a payment that's vague in any way, there won't be a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: When a clinic confirms an appointment, there are some cases where the fee isn't refundable. HelloMyDoctor will not be responsible for refunding consultation charges in such circumstances. For any questions or concerns, patients can direct their inquiries to the clinic.
  • Refund Processing: HelloMyDoctor will check the details and process a refund, if appropriate, according to its sole discretion. A refund request will be processed within seven working days after it has been submitted and the money refunded to the user.
  • Final Decision: The final decision regarding the refund will be at the sole discretion of HelloMyDoctor. The refund policy listed above will guide the final decision.
  • The Governing Law: All refund policies and the relationship between the user and HelloMyDoctor will be governed by Indian law. If there are any disputes, they will be handled by the competent courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
